I've been with Discovery and Vitality for a while now. I recently had my gym membership discount reduced from 80% to 50% because I did not attend gym regularly. This was a wake up call for me and I immediately decided to start paying attention to my health. I was told by Vitality that if I attend gym in the month of July, I would have my discount re-instated. I went all out as this was a win for me to be in good health and have a good discount. I managed to attend every single day except for Saturday, 20th due to a funeral in the family. I told Vitality about this and they still refused to re-instate my discount. because I missed on visit. I am still disappointed about this.
