End July consultant at Vitality called to ask me to join after 16 years on med aid - said I could get back R500.00 a month on chronic medication I confirmed got my medicine at Clicks and he said fine - guess what on the 26 September called them to find out when I can get my payback only to be informed that I was misinformed and it should be Dischem since then I have called numerous times and keep on been told sorry about what is happened will pay back my contributions to Vitality and to date not done but was promised today I would be paid by Thursday, nearly a month later - told them I was disgusted at the treatment I received due to their error but they do not give a care - just keep on apologizing why do they not train their staff - still waiting for the consultant who called me in the beginning to apologize and say why the delay in refunding me - excuses after excuses no one will accept not one Manager has bothered to contact me
