EARLY DELIVERY
I placed an on-line order for a flower delivery for the 25th of October 2013. It is my wife's birthday on the 26th.
Eventually my order was confirmed - after a couple of requests from my side for confirmation of the order.
We went away for the weekend (18-20 /10/2013) and on our return we discovered the flowers were delivered on Friday 18 October 2013 - A WEEK EARLY!
The company refuses to do another delivery UNLESS I pay for the flowers again.
Why must I pay again if they made a mistake?
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
