I placed an order early this morning before 7 for flowers and a happy birthday balloon to be sent to a special someone who is in a different province from me, to make their day special. But to my dismay NetFlorist was quick to take payment but guess what? The never delivered the flowers, the recipient now feels sad and I am in the dog box to out it mildly cause of NetFlorist! I even phoned them twice and was told the order is on the way! They never even call the recipient, their service is pathetic and I will never ever suggest anyone to give them any business, they are quick to deduct the payment but they have failed on service delivery! I even emphasized in my order that it must go early! But no delivery went out period! Now you have ruined someone's special day as well as my mood! I hate this company with passion now and they can not make a birthday come again can they? Any consumer out there I caution you do not use this company to order flowers. I will in due course as well take this to further media organizations and ensure I put this companies name to shame for what they did to me!
