On Valentines day a company like you should have extra measures in place, expecting in influx of orders.
I placed my order via an online payment early on 13 Feb2013, delivery date on my receipt was dated 14Feb2013
Special instructions were to deliver the flowers before 12 midday, spoke to a consultant who confirmed will be before lunch... the flowers are still not delivered, the receiver has left the office. very bad service and ruined a good day!!!
