I ordered flowers from netflorist early this morning, tried tracking it on internet, however when I noticed it's getting late and still no delivery I called the provider who advised that I ignore the email delivery time as the flowers will be delivered on time, I was placed on hold and no one could give me a direct answer, through frustration I cancelled the order and requested for a [URL Removed] florist is false advertising as they do not stick to their delivery time at all... I am disappointed In the unprofessional service, however would like to applaud Diego who I believe can go far as he has excellent customer service skills.Net florist needs to refund me and would not ever want to order anything through them due to their poor customer service and false advertising.
