Joined Spectramed in 2013 initial service was good but once a member you get totally ignored. When you submit claims / payments made to be refunded you are totally ignored. After several phone calls to the consultant that sold the medical policy to me still no response. When you pay upfront for consultations do not expect Spectramed to refund you or to return calls. Once you become a member they forget / ignore you!
