Member for probably 15 years. Amazed at the complete disrespect. I am tired of explaining my story OVER and OVER again to call centre agents with NO insight or power to resolve my problem...
Then FINALLY a gentleman calls me from CPT, listens to my story and we come to a suitable resolution. But guess what? A week later a get another "notification" sent to me. As if all the HOURS on the phone had no bearing. So the story started all over again with call centre agents...
I am tired! By now it is two months later. Had received numerous notices since that I owe money to Discovery. And to this day not one person can explain to me how this debt has been incurred. Maybe Adrian Gore must invite me for tea so I can explain to him how lame his service can be. At the end of this year I am done with this service provider. My business may be appreciated by someone else.(Any takers?)
But this matter still has to be resolved. So Discovery the choice is yours: Either someone with brains and executive powers calls me, or I visit your lovely "customer care centre" (sic) and loose my temper in front of other irate members, or forbid, potential members.
