Empty promises

Discovery is very happy to take what is not theirs. I have 2 outstanding queries both pertaining to money that is owed to me. The agents I have spoken to all agree that my query is valid but that's where it ends.

So, after several phone calls, 6 reference numbers and numerous promises from Discovery agents, I am still waiting 2 months later for any kind of resolution.

I normally have no issue with Discovery but it doesn't take much to sour a relationship.
