Lacklisted and no one can say why

I was employed by cellc through quest 2008 and we were offered a medical aid where the company paid half. I cancelled the medical aid 2009 December and now 3years later discovery has blacklisted me for R43000 without my knowledge this came to my attention when I was applying for a job. I have called discovery more than 7times and no one has been able to assist me. My life is at a standstill as I cannot get a good job. I am truly disgusted
