Liberty Medical Scheme Bona Plus option allows me to have an emergency benefit of R1000 per annum for cases where I use an 'out of service' doctor. On two separate occasions, I had a medical emergency in Port Elizabeth. I have emailed the statements from these, along with the necessary reimbursement form a number of times to Liberty. In addition, I have phoned them three times to ask for follow up. Both consultations amount to less than R 1000.
I have received NO follow up, No reimbursement and am very dissatisfied. Where is the service that I am paying for?
