I booked 7days at resort on 7-10-2013, for time 14 des 2013 to 21 des 2013, and realized I booked a week to early for my leave only starts on 20 des, so I tried to change booking on 8-10-2013 to 21des 2013 7days, but no luck, have to pay full cancellation fee witch is full deposit amount 50% of full price R3850, so there goes my money and holiday!!! This was done trough [URL Removed] booking number 914719550! Plz help?
