I would like you to know how disgusted i am in the service i have received from your resort. I sent a mail on the 23 September to reservations to do my spacebanking, no response. So i sent another mail on the 3 October complaining and asking that this be forwarded to a manager. I then get a mail back from Ina on the 3 October asking me which year but no apology for the delay or that i had to chase the status. Its now the 7th October and this still has not been done. I spoke to a Pauline at your reception now that was unwilling to put me through to a manager and told me to call back at 11h00. Is this how you run the resort??? Highly disgusted. I think the directors would love to hear how you treat customers.
