I bought a phone on 3 October after been directing to their sight through Pricecheck..
The order process was smooth
On 7 October I sent a mail enquiring about the progress the order - the email was ignored
On 8 October I phoned the call centre and was told to phone back the next day, I stated that this was unacceptable service and the woman promised to phone me the next day.
On 9 October I phoned again and was told the phone would be collected from the Supplier and delivered to me on Monday 14
On 15 October sent them a mail - ignored again
Now going to contact my credit card company to get the transaction reversed
