My doctor Kim Foster recently applied for PMB for myself which was approved on 04/10/2013 by Discovery. The approval was for 15 sessions from 1 Jan to 31 Dec 2013. This was a bit unclear to me as I had already used some sessions with Kim. I phoned Discovery that same day to clarify and spoke to a gentleman named Landile who assured me that I had usd none of the sessions from the PMB and I would be refunded / the doctor would be paid for 15 sessions up until 31 December 2013. Landile contacted me on the following Tuesday. I told him that I had submitted a claim and he noticed that Discovery had marked it as a claim already submitted. He advised that he would resubmit it as a PMB and it would be refunded to me by the latest that Friday (11/10/2013). By this Monday I had still received nothing, phoned Discovery spoke to a gentleman named Mark Christopher who said he would follow up on why I had not been refunded. He phoned me back this afternoon (15/10/2013) to inform me that I would not be refunded as I had already used the 15 sessions (totally contradicting what Landile had said) He then asked me to hold, came back on the line and totally changed his story...
