I am a rather disgruntled memeber who is on the verge of cancelling my contract. i have been a member for a number of years and despite Virgin active openimng within walking distance of my home i have remained loyal. in Nov/Dec 2012 i purchased personal training sessions from the club - on a buy 12 get 4 free promo together with a personal training program to follow on completion of the sessions. i have paid for 2months of such sessions only to have my trainer in the second month move to another club. i have communicated with the clubs personal training manager only to be told that i only had 3 sessions remaining and i would b allocated another trainer for them, no mention of the promised personal training schedule for me to continue on my own - this feedback only after my hounding them. i disagreed with the number of sessions remaining and asked to see the register about a month ago. to date i have not received any response.
i am hoping for a resolution asap as this does not represent the club very well
