After trying to sort out the payment for my girlfriends medical aid, because she is unemployed, I only have a problems for 4 weeks. All they needed to to was change the debit order details to my account, but for 4 weeks, they don't phone to report things they short, they rely on a late sms, and then don't capture the debit order on time after 3 weeks of trying to sort it out and guess what, today they debited my girlfriends bank account and she doesnt have money in it, because she is UNEMPLOYED!!! who is going to pay for the debit order rejection fees???
