Debit order on wrong date and now no doctors

I recently left my medical aid and joined topmed. I especially asked the call centre agent to please run the debit order on the 26th of the month, which they didnt do. The debit order was run on the wrong date. I then asked if they could please run the debit order again, and they still have not run the debit order. Now because of them not doing what they should do, I was told that I am not allowed to go to the doctor because my account was not paid.
I need to go to the doctor urgently and now Im. I have no idea why I left my pevious scheme to join a scheme who cannot help me at all. but when I joined I was promised everything.

All empty promises and no help whats so ever.

Hate this scheme.
