I joined this medical aid vin January. Since inception of this membership I made it clear on my application form that my pay date is on the 5th of each month, yet on the 1 st of the month medihelp runs a debit order which then gets returned due to insufficient funds, every 5 th of the month I do an EFT transfer for my membershi. I have called, emailed and worked through my broker to get this debit order sorted out but yet no joy. Every month I must pay the bank charges for this unpaid debit order. I have now reached a point whereby if it doesn't get sorted I will find a medical aid company that can accomodate my pay date as a debit date, as my life cover, vehicle insurance, funeral cover and 2 other company's do.
