I received an SMS 19/9/13 to say my Membership has been suspendedWAT (NO REASON GIVEN) I called Bonitas and a lady said they received a short payment of R250, I provided proof of payment and was issued QUERY NOMMER 190913Q99G5L And told the problem will be sorted within 5 working days.
I called 25 SEPT again whereby a cheeky Telephone consultant told me that the 7 Days hasn't lapsed and I should wait for their call, in the mean time I received a letter advising that I know owed R1540 (still no clue given for which month)
I called again this morning 3 OCTOBER where I got told the previous QUERY Number provided on 18th Sep is invalid and have been deleted (Please note the problem still has not been resolved) I held on for 20 min and then got told the amount owed is not for June-13 but for Sep & Oct. I paid 23/8 for Sept in full but apparently they can't find the payment on their Bank Statements and they will call me back, I have sent through confirmation & proof of payment and issued QUERY NO 031013Q9WRZ2.
I do not see why I'm being penalised for someone else's mistake, PLEASE HELP ME!!!
