Incorrect Termination

To my surprise Bonita's without so much as a phone call has just terminated my mom's medical aid, after struggling and fighting with Bonitas and proof of payment they lapse my mom's policy for end of June indicating that the poof of payment provided for July was not indicated, my mom is a temp worker and she never got paid September.

They just TERMINATED? that is not the way to treat clients, no phone call no retaining of membership, I too work for a medical aid but we contact our clients to see how we can assist instead of just terminating.

Pro sano was taken over by medscheme and they keep asking me why i am using the old membership number and old banking details, i have received 3 cards from Bonitas with the same old membership number and no new bank details was given to me? The call centre agents let me hold on for 50 mins waiting for Ella Letilo to call me back after 5 working days, my mom is without chronic medication but no one can take ownership or accountability, yesterday after being promised Ella will call me, im told SORRY Ella only works till 4 and has left, I need answers, they need to get the take on data of the merger and allocate my december/ feb payments
