I have had enough! Every other month my benefits are suspended REASON: Credit Control. I pay Bonitas every single month using my membership number as reference. This is the 3rd time this year! I send them proof of payments, 2 weeks later they confirm that they actually received the payment and have now been allocated correctly. I received an email TODAY (18 Sept 2013) to inform me that my benefits have been suspended on the 1st of Sept 2013 ALREADY! REALLY??? No phone call to find out IF i paid or NOTHING! I am furious! I called them the last time this happened and asked them. What happens if i have to suddenly go to hospital, the lady just said, sorry mam, then we wont be able to cover you! This is BULL! I pay every month! For WHAT? To go through THIS??? NO!!! Its unacceptable! FIX THIS!!! TODAY!!!
