Robbed at Zebula for the second time

We have been at Zebula over new year. At reservation they requested our card details. 2 transactions went through our account which the bank has reversed. Over the weekend aI had a look at my account, almost 1 month later a transaction went through of R300 with description Zebula. We phoned them and the Accounts Manager advised us that they accidentally used the wrong credit card number this week in their golf shop. My credit card cannot be used if I don't enter the pin. The resort manager has just advised my husband that it is totally possible. This is! for the third time. It seems like all the banks just say they will investigate it but does nothing about it. I phoned the department at FNB. A certain Simpiwe Dlamini assisted me with absolute no interest. They don't regard it as but merely as a dispute and it will apparently be not to my benefit if they deal with it as. It also doesn't fall in the appropriate criteria. I am highly qualified professional and this does not make sense. How can a company obviously from you and the bank just say it is not. I can live with the R300 loss but not with the fact that consumers are abused
