We went for a weekend away with the extended family to white river and stayed at the country lane lodge where we experienced the worse kind of service from a women called Diana, she was the host. Shocking at how unprofessional, unaccommodating she was and made our stay stay unpleasant by not delivering an exceptional service to her guests. Her dogs where constantly around us and as a result made my 22 months old daughter uncomfortable and refuse to understand that that not everyone is comfortable with dogs just like not everyone is comfortable with with cats young or old. She made us wait for almost an hour for breakfast, to be served raw scrambled eggs and dry a rock hard bacon with soggy tomatoes.
She told my husband that "had we told her when making a booking 8 months ago that my Daughter is uncomfortable with dogs, she would have told us not to bother booking with them... Like really what kind of service is that? And then said again at breakfast we should wait a bit longer for our breakfast while she's serving other important guests??? Are we not important? We paid for our stay aswell just like the other guests???
