We experienced the following with our stay at the guesthouse:
1. Upon arrival we were told that we can eat dinner at the guesthouse for an extra charge which we agreed to. At dinner we were served undercooked chicken and vegetables that evening for dessert we were given ice cream and fruit the fruit was old and tasted horrible for this we were charged R 95 a plate!!!
.We did not eat most of our food and we read on the pamphlet left in the room that the bar would be stocked with snacks when we went to the bar they told us they had no stock. We wanted to cool of in the pool but when we got there it was so dirty we both decided not to. Our room was extremely dirty the shower especially there was hair in the basin the place was dusty. The mattress is terrible and sinks in in the middle which so we had very little sleep. While we were eating breakfast two big dogs ran in I was terrified and when I complained I was told it is my fault as I never told them I had a fear of big dogs even though we were never informed that there were dogs. I sent the manager this exact list of complaints and she sent back a one sentence reply saying she is sorry
