Discovery always advertises how well they service there customers...
I am still waiting for a call back since Friday.
I took out a plan for my family at beginning of August, i then noticed no debit order had gone off my account. I then contacted the call centre and get informed I'll be double debated the end of the month. I informed the consultant i don't want to be double debated and arranged an early debit to avoid a double debit. The first premium was successfully taken from my account. The end of Aug no debit order, when i called i was inform an early debit has already been detected. On the 26th of this month discovery double debits my account, when i called the call centre i get put on hold while management was consulted until the phone cut and no call back from the consultant (That's service). When i called back i get a stupid answer stating the debit was submitted but was returned as the account is closed, ridiculous when my first debit and double debit went through perfectly fine. When i requested a manager i have was informed my call is escalated and will receive a call back. To date i have not received a call. Is this customer service?
