I would just like to complain because we have been trying to solve this issue for over a year. Discovery is quick to put a default against your name but not very quick when you want to solve the problem. Last year my boyfriend changed jobs and asked them to transfer his membership to his new company, only a month down the line did we discover that the membership had been cancelled and a new account opened which was not what we requested. Now we apparently owe R2800 for MSA which I don't see is our problem when we asked to transfer not cancel the membership. another thing we found out apparently for 2 months we weren't on medical aid but my boyfriend and his previous company were still contributing to medical aid.
