Well, I have been a member of Bonitas for over 15 years, close on 20 acually, could be more, and when I get threatened that my membership has been cancelled, and put a complaint on Hellopeter and want feed back on what is going to be done about the mess up caused... I get nothing back.
I dont know if you are looking to loose members as if I look on the Facebook page, I see alot of complaints...
I really hope someone will get back to me soon as this is getting frustrating...
oh oh oh, one more thing, yesterday I get a mail from the medical aid saying I owe money, so when I call you again... to find oput what the issue is, I am on hold for longer than 5 mins, that I am paying for... so i put the fone down and contact the facebook page aand are told that they are investigating. No feed back, so I call today and appartently it was an IT glitch, So I ask one question... An email can be sent to say that there is an outstanding amount on my account, after I have paid up for the month, but a mail cant be sent saying not to worry, it was an IT glitch. WHY MUST THE MEMBER, WHO PAYS ALOT OF MONEY, ALWAYS HAVE TO CALL AND FOLLOW UP TO FIX YOUR PROBLEMS???
