Refusal to cancel medical aid

I have sent a letter to Discovery to help my daughter cancel her medical aid. This was a legitimate letter which was signed by her. This was sent from my email adres.

Discovery by way of SUSAN HALGREEN is now refusing to cancel the membership as it was sent from my email adres.
How ridiculous!!! This is the most bizarre reason I have ever heard. This must go down in history.

Just by the way: For the past year she has never even received a membership card from Discovery even when we asked for it.
