According to a debt collecting company called NICS; LF Baloyi (6006280762080) owes Bonitas R3089.00 and upon following up with Bonitas she doesn't owe a cent. In fact in turned out they had about R2215.40 that they needed to pay to the former member which by now they've paid. BUT NICS insist that she has to still pay the difference and because they obviously got the info from Bonitas and we are not getting any joy from them in trying to resolve this matter we need Bonitas to attend to this matter as the member is now worried that her name will end up with Credit Bureau. The member actually cancelled her Bonitas membership in August 2011 and the statement we received via NICS with Bonitas logo on it show the owing month as September 2011 which then doesn't make sense why the member would be billed for a month that she was no longer a member. An urgent attention to this matter and a formal letter that confirms that this matter has been resolved and the FORMER member does NOT owe neither Bonitas nor NICS as the banking details on the letter sent to the member are apparently NICS'. The back and forth and non-response to NICS has led to this.
