I have been a member with bonitas for over 15 years as I was on my fathers medical aid before I took my own policy out, check it out if you dont believe me.
And this morning i get a lovely thank you letter from the medical aid saying that My membership has been canceled...... Not one of your useless staff will call to find out if everything os ok and if it is not a problem from your side of mine?????? Noooo!!! Just cancel the membership!!!
Is this the way you say thank you for sticking with the medical aid after changing jobs?????? But i had Simular trouble the last time I changed from My fathers medical aid to my own with you..... I was beaten up on the friday night and needed medical treatment..... but they couldnt help me because there was a hold on my account! Even after money was taken for the months premium! But that was "sorted out" after a week of fighting and only after i asked for an appology did i get one!
I dont know if this is your way of treating clients, but i think it is pathetic and ja, I think it is time I start looking elsewhere!
