I joined bonitas in 2010 and i included an adult dependant at the same time, the debit orders were going through every month but did not receive the card, when i phone them they said according to their records i am not bonitas member, i had to reaply in january 2011 and the following month a debit order of more than 6000 (on primary option) went through, when i call them they told me that a late joiner penalty was was charged for the adult dependant (which nobody told me about). i took out the dependant immediately but they didnt give me the refund and told me that she was already in. now i want to put the dependent again, i phoned to ask about the late joiner penalty and they told me that they will charge again! it just doesnt make any sense to me.
