On 18/1/13 send Bonitas docs to verify my daughter's dependant status as student - via fax. On 24/1/13 we receive a letter from Bonitas, stating "We hereby confirm... extended the membership for the dependant as a Student Child". On 6/4/13 we received a SMS requesting to send Bonitas the docs to reinstate my daugter's dependant status. My wife phoned them, speak to Lungile at the call centre and she said the SMS was a mistake and Bonitas will correct it - Ref no: 080413QPH582. We recieved a letter dated the 4/5/13 with the children's new membership cards. We recieved a letter yesterday, dated 3/5/13, informing us my daugther's dependant membership had been terminated, due to us not sending a response letter. I phone Bonitas at 8:55 speaking to Joe - he wants to recall our initial fax on 18/1/13. The system is very slow and he said he will send me an SMS as soon as he traced it (still waiting for SMS). I call again (Thuli this time) - 14:00 - system stil slow and differt me back to the beginning. At 14:06 speak to Neo - system slow. He search for proof. 14:17 found it - he has to escalate it to his supervisor. Still no word from Bonitas on membership status!
