I had logged a complaint on the 2 August 2013 regarding late joinder penalties and almost immediately got a response from Bonitas that a consultant would contact me! To date, nothing. I am at my wits end and just don't know what to do next to get these people to TALK to me. Must I continue paying my normal premium? Must I just agree to the ridiculous increase to ensure they reinstate the benefits? Must I look for another Service Provider? WHAT? My parents are pensioners and I cannot afford for them not to have medical cover. Please just do the courteous thing and call me so we can resolve this. Is there no one at Bonitas that care about their clients???
