I need to go urgently for x-rays on my hip as I had dislocated it. Being in a position where I work from 08:00-17:00 and with clients I was un able to see a GP during office hours. When I called Medihelp to ask for assistance, I was put on hold for a minimum of 15minutes and still un answered. When I phoned a second time I was told that I may not go to an emergency room and if it had been an emergency that I would have to pay cash up front at an emergency room. So my question is what am I paying Medical Aid for???
