I have phoned Bonitas Medical Aid to clarify questions which I had with regard to the BonComprehensive option which I may wish to join. The one good thing was that the call was answered almost immediately, without the usual 'music listening' time.
Lebo Mankwe was the consultant who replied to my call. He was extremely competent and helpful and explained what I wanted to know in a clear way, using practical examples. I would recommed the services of this person.
