I made a booking with Acacia Lodge and made a payment of R1700.00 on the 02 Septemeber 2013 but due to personal issues at home I cancelled that booking on the 19 Septemeber 2013. After several attempts with them to refund me my money back, seems like my plea is falling on deaf ears. I call and send emails to Antonet and she keeps on telling me that their accounts department will pay but nothing is coming in to my account. I am sick and tired of being to as thats my money and I should get it back without any hassle. It's more than a month now struggling to get the refund back.
