My domestic worker has been a patient of Joburg Gen for 4 years, she was in for a week 2 weeks ago and was told to come back for a procedure on 12 September. Upon arrival on the 12 th they said they didnt know who she was and have lost her file, she lay in hospital for 5 days while the staff looked for the file, no treatment no answers! She eventually discharged herself yesterday as it was a waste of time and tax payers money!! Can someone assist with answers???
