Discovery money for false information

I was active on my parents medical aid for several years. I tried to move to my husbands medical aid active 1 Aug 2013. After several calls (especially on 26 Aug 2013) we were told that i could not be moved to my husbands medical aid due to the fact the it COULD NOT BE BACK DATED and i was not deactivated from my moms medical aid yet. I could be active from 1 Sept 2013.

The debit order did not go through on the first for my new activation and the credit dep phoned us for double payment? We found out i was no longer active on my parents medical aid since 31 Jul.

we received no documentation or whatso ever...
We have several references and spoke to several consultants and managers regarding the matter (that we had to pay double) and we were even threathened that if we did not make the payment our medical aid would be suspended.

How can you pay for a month that i was not even active according to DISCOVERY CONSULTANTS refering to CAN NOT BACK DATE?

weve been members for years I am highly dissapointed! CUSTOMER CARE DOES NOT MATTER WITH DISCOVERY! ONLY GETTING PAYMENT FOR WHAT WAS THEIR MISTAKE AND A NICE DOUBLE PAYMENT!

WORST IS WE WILL GET BACK TO, YEAH RIGHT
