FURIOUS!!!

I am so upset right now like you can't believe. Every time i call it's a different excuse!!! In January this year I requested a form in order to change over to my husbands medical aid. Let me inform you that Ive been with discovery for 2 and a half years and then wanted to move onto my husbands medical aid. Anyway, i requested the documentation. My employer at that time informed me that they cancelled my current medical aid i can get in contact with DISCOVERY to go onto his. DISCOVERY informed me that my medical aid has not been cancelled, this took almost 1 month to sort out because of your incompetence. My medical aid ended on the 31st December and i joined on my husbands as from the 1st March 2013. NOW YOU GUYS ARE PLACING ME ON A 3 MONTH WAITING PERIOD!!! I've just spoken to your consultant and now by her analysing the query she tells me because the letter was generated in Jan and I only sent it in Feb that's why i was underwritten and why the waiting period. You guys will find any loop hole to me! I am not satisfied at all!!! Sort it out!
