I hope this finds you well. I am very disappointed with Discovery Health as well as Discovery Vitality. Already this year I have experienced disappointments and inconvenience because of you. On the 27th February 2013 I was flying out of JHB to EL. As a loyal member of Discovery Vitality I was expecting to receive 20% discount. Which to my shock it appeared on your system that I wasn't a member at all with both my dependents. I ended up paying the full fare of the flight. Because all this was happening during a time I was on maternity leave I couldn't even try & fix it. However without fail my contributions to your company were not missed even for a month. On the 30th August 2013 I went to see my primary Dr NC Tshivhase/Tembedza. Both me & my 2 kids were sick. Yet again it appeared on your system that she was not our primary doctor at all. So it went without saying that I had to pay from my own pocket. A service that I pay every month. I want to also highlight that your fees which are my contributions go off my salary even before I get it from my bank account. That is how much I take my health seriously. I have called & changes were promised that it will be corrected. Nothing
