Terrible service -weekend spoilt

Firstly let me start by saying, I recently stayed at ten southern Sun (Bloem) and Emnontweni Sun (Nelspruit) in the past 2 months, and have always stayed at Garden Court South Beach in Durban as I prefer the area and view. Booked in this past weekend and was shocked at the attittude and service. As soon as I check in, my card doesnt work, once thats sorted out, my room has no electricity, thereafter had to spend 30 min at reception to sort out wi-fi which has not been sorted out upon my check out as they insisted they will call their wi-fi specialist guy (what a laugh, if there is such a thing), I go for breakfast and arrive at my room at 11;03 to get my bags to check out, what do you know my room is locked, and i politiely ask the receptionist if this is the norm of locking out your guests if they 3 min lates for checkout, she shrugs her shoulders and provides me with another key, embarrasing to say the least as the reception are is quite full, I decided to prolong my stay and was definitely not intersted in booking another 2 nights at the same hotel so wnet further down the beachfront and booked another hotel.and to think i paid already for a week in dec at the same hotel
