After numerous email requesting to process my Chronic Illness Benefits claim, Discovery still insisted that I am not registered. I had to mail them the proof - how inept are they?

A second concern is that I keep paying Discovery loads of money every month, yet they pay for NOTHING - one has to doubt the sanity of that...
