Disocvery's pathetic service

Dear Hallo Peter,

I would like to report how Discovery is not paying out my chronic illness benefit, on my request since September 2012. It is now April 2013 already, and Pathcare is STILL waiting for their money on my name's account. My neurologist has sent through the information to Discovery for proof of the chronic INR tests I have to have due to a blood clot in the brain I had end of August 2012. Disocvery simply lost the information, did not receive the faxes from my Neurologist, and made it my responsibility to provide the information from my Neurologist for why they need to pay out extra than the two weekly approved INR tests (I had to go for weekly INR tests). And even those two weekly approved INR tests, I have not seen a cent of. All the needed information on the weekly INR tests needed was eventually provided to Discovery, proof provided by Neurologist, which I also directly forwarded to Discovery, and STILL no pay out has been made to cover the debt funds with Pathcare for weekly INR tests which I had to have since September 2012. I am absolutely sick and tired of the fight with Discovery. And I need HalloPeter's help now.
