I contacted Bonitas offices regarding whether a obus back support, and pillow would be paid by my
medical aid.

I submitted my claim for these items and 1 item was refused.

30/07 Spoke to Angela and Fortune the team leader... Fortune said he would come back to me. Never did
31/07 Spoke to Anna and she said would escalate
During this time someone from Bonitas offices contacted me (after I complained in a survey) I did not take her name as she said she had seen the problem and it would be sorted out and payment would be made/
2/08 Spoke to Prescious. Ref 020813Q6FP5S she said payment was due
Some time in Aug.. Ref 080813Q7547N everything was fine for payment.
28/08 Spoke to Tandeka who also said it had been sorted out and payment would be soon

16/09. Ref 280813 Q85N08. This person now says the query has not been sorted out but she will escalate!!
My phone accounts to these offices have reached R48.00 as each time I phone I am kept on the line for 10- 15 mins
What can I do?
