Pricing at peermont Thoyohandou always an issue

I checked in at peermont Thoyohandou on the 10th September and checked out 13th September! The problem is when I check out! The agreed amount before I check in is not the same amount when I am checking out! This really frustrating as this is not the first time this is happening to me! I HAVE SPOKE TO THE HOTEL MANAGER MISS PILLAy WHO IS EXTREMELY EFFICIENT and always is very helpful! It's a pity that the humlani cannot do his simply job and follow instruction s!!! I would like feedback to why front desk has to give 1 a hard time when checking out
