Myself and my colleagues stayed at Peermont Metcourt Thursday night and checked out Friday morning. We stood out side in front of the suites at 0736 for the 0748 shuttle in front of Metcourt was packed. We waited and a shuttle drove pass us without stopping I then went to the suites reception and I was met by a stinking attitude from the Supervisor when enquiring why there wasn't a 0748 shuttle. She started shouting at me and I asked her not to shout at me and on top of that her staff didn't know of the 0748 shuttle I had to point it out for them on the shuttle schedule. She then told me that the shuttle that drove pass us was full but nobody saw the need of of telling us. Why can't they provide two shuttles during peak hours as this is the norm for this hotel. We only got a shuttle after 0800 so we were late for our appointment. They must have someone monitoring and managing the shuttles to meet the demand.
