I started working at a Netcare Pharmacy on 2 February 2013 and joined the Netcare Medical Scheme from 1 March 2013. They have been deducting money from me for the last 3 months. I have not received any information, progress, or medical aid card from them at all. I have however received a medical aid number which my manager gave to me. But the medical aid says that the number is invalid and there is no record of dependant. Please can someone get back to me about this as this is getting rediculous now. They take my money but have no record of me!!! Thank you!
