I have never experienced a worse process in my life. It is virtually impossible to cancel your vitality. last week i phoned to ask to cancel my vitality. i got told that a request will be sent and someone will contact me. a few DAYS later someone did, however i was unavailable to take the call. i then phoned the number back and after a lot of effort the lady who contacted me said that i need to give my details then she will phone me back in 10mins. it is now 36 hours later AND STILL nothing. i then phoned discovery again and got told that there is no number i can dial and the only way for me to get into contact with their cancellation department is via a request. I am still waiting for someone to contact me and who knows how long that will take. it should be MY right to cancel when i want to, not wait for them to tell me when they are ready.. TCF - better come soon. this is ridiculous.
