My doctor recently sent a letter recommending that I need to attend physio so that I can walk proper again without a limp, the review panel decline my request based on my med aid plan type. When they needed a letter of recommendation they knew my plan type and my expectations were raised and for them to decline meon my medical aid type is not accepted. I might walk with a limp all my life and my medical aid can make an exceptions this ones based on the merit of my case and do what's right for their client, but they just content on declining me for reasons which don't hold water, why ask for proof that i really needs this and decline on reasons they were aware off initially. I hate my walk, it has affected my confidence in life and Discovery have it within themselve to give me a new lease of life and give me myself again.
Lets make our client happy, especially with conditions which might affect a person for a life time, I expect Discovery to go out of their way and put me back to the situation i was on before the accident, I did not ask for the accident and am pleading with them to make me walk properly again.
